Xiao Wang
Xiao Wang
Xiao Wang was born in China and received her graduate diploma in Opera Performance at the Victoria College of the Arts in 2002 and Bachelor degree in music from Shanghai Normal University in 1992.
She performed with Shanghai Philharmonic Orchestra and Shanghai Philharmonic Chorus at Shanghai Arts Festivals. She is the recipient of the Mabel Kent Estate Singing Scholarship 2001 and Harold Fisher Opera Scholarship B'nai B'rith 2002.
For Melbourne City Opera she performed the role of Nedda in I Pagliacci in November 2002.
