Jamie Scott Jamie Scott

Jamie made his operatic debut as Escamillo in Melbourne City Opera's 1997 production of Carmen.  In 1998 he completed his depiction of Schaunard in Melbourne City Opera's La Bohème, a role he had earlier sung in concert.  He later repeated the pattern with his portrayal of Tonio, a role he had also visited in concert. 

Jamie has appeared in The Maria Callas Story and in various concerts and recitals, and has sung Alfio in Cavalleria Rusticana.  He is a highly awarded young singer, having won many aria competitions.
