Silvia Scodellaro Costume Designer
For over twenty years, Silvia has costumed productions for Melbourne City Opera and its antecedents. A pattern drafter and designer by profession, she regularly works miracles in the small hours of the morning, bringing together the elements that make costume magic. To say that she does this single-handedly is no exaggeration. She has dressed all the operas that Blair Edgar has directed in recent years and worked in a team with designer Gareth Blaha. Sylvia's contribution to the work of MCO has been enormous.
