Manfred Pohlenz is a graduate of the Elder Conservatorium, Adelaide and Queensland Conservatorium of Music, Brisbane and studied further with Daniel Ferro at the Juilliard School of Music, New York City.

He remains active as an Operatic performer and concert artist, teacher and conductor, having performed numerous roles both in Australia and the USA.

His 20 years teaching experience includes service in Oueensland. Victoria. South Australia and the USA.

Manfred recently conducted the inaugural performance of the International Baccalaureate Victorian Schools Orchestra.
