Saira Luther commenced singing with the Melbourne City Opera in 1997 whilst studying full time at the University of Melbourne. Since finishing her formal education in the field of Science, Psychology and Human Resources Management Sara has been concentrating on her classical singing studies.

Saira has advanced through the Melbourne City Opera chorus, proving to be a strong and talented young singer. She has appeared in many MCO productions, where she has also been engaged to understudy Zerlina in Don Giovanni and Nannetta in Falstaff. More recently Saira has been performing as a solo artist with the MCO, appearing in concerts throughout Victoria.

Saira made her principal debut as Nella in Gianni Schicchi.
