Barbara has appeared in numerous operas and operettas, including The Merry Widow, The Student Prince, Countess Maritza and Madama Butterfly.  She has also sung The Third Lady in The Magic Flute and Prince Orlofsky in Die Fledermaus.

As a television actress, Barbara has appeared in Australia's Most wanted. She made her debut with Melbourne City Opera as Mamma Lucia in Cavalleria Rusticana.
