In 2007 Melbourne City Opera presented its Opera on The Edge series with performances at BMW Edge, Federation Square, Melbourne.

The three chosen works were Lucia di Lammermoor, Attila, an early and seldom heard work by Verdi, and a tribute to the late Luciano Pavarotti - The Pavarotti Story.

The Series reflects MCO's aim of presenting a body of work that is innovative, creative, and providing a definite alternative for Melbourne's opera-loving audience.

Our most recent production was Fidelio, which was performed in July 2008. Our next production is The Puccini Story. Further details are available on our Current Programme page.
